Prof. Ritu Gupta participated in the prestigious INSA-NCGG Leadership Development Programme in Science & Technology (LEADS) 2024 at the INSA campus, New Delhi from 8th - 14th July 2024. The program featured eminent Speakers, Scientists, and Academic & Industry leaders from across the country to share their views and experiences on leadership roles, challenges, opportunities, and best practices and guide the future Science leaders of the country.

23 September 2022: OUTREACH PROGRAM AT IIT JODHPUR
Dr. Ritu Gupta (Nodal Officer, IIT Jodhpur) organized Science Outreach Program under DST Vigyan Jyoti Program, SERB-Social Scientific Responsibility and INYAS outreach activity for120 girls students of IX, X, XI, XII Standard from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas coordinated by remotely located districts Pachpadra, Barmer and Tilwasini of Jodhpur. The event also involved visit to laboratories which was supported by all departments of IIT Jodhpur.

We organized the conference "Empowering S&T with Women- A Step Towards New Era" for fostering the involvement of the female fraternity in Science and Technology. The conference included 184 attendees and 23 invited talks to present their research work and share knowledge from their field of expertise.
